Classic film noir ‘T-Men’ features the iconic Hollywood Athletic Club as a principal location for its murderous steam bath segment. The film was directed by Anthony Mann, shot by noted noir cameraman John Alton, and starred Dennis O'Keefe.
Interestingly, T-Men was partially financed by organized crime; John Roselli, Hollywood labor racketeer for the Chicago mob and a movie aficionado, formed a silent partnership with Joseph Breen, head of the Production Code Office, to invest in the movie.
